These terms govern your use of the Vereon AI website, account areas, enquiry forms, automation-review materials, website briefs and private proposal pages. A paid Vereon project may also be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement. If there is a conflict, the project-specific agreement takes priority for that project.
1. Using this website
You may use the website for lawful purposes to learn about Vereon, request information, submit a project brief, book a review, access your own account and respond to materials sent to you. You must not attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.
2. Accounts and private links
You are responsible for keeping your login details and private proposal links secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share credentials, API keys or other secrets through ordinary forms or proposal notes. If you believe an account or private link has been compromised, contact Vereon promptly.
3. Enquiries, reviews and website briefs
Submitting a form, booking a review or receiving an indicative plan does not by itself create a paid-services contract. Review packs, visual previews, architecture notes, timelines and planning ranges are provided to help define scope. Final deliverables, price, payment terms, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the applicable proposal or project agreement.
4. Proposals and estimates
Pricing and timescales shown in a proposal are based on the information and scope available at that point. Material changes to page count, functionality, integrations, data, content, access requirements or third-party limitations may require a revised scope. Third-party platform, messaging, telephony, AI-model, domain, hosting or software charges are separate unless the proposal expressly says otherwise.
5. AI and automation information
AI-generated analysis and suggested workflows can be imperfect and should be reviewed in context. Vereon designs human handoffs and safeguards where appropriate, but website content and pre-contract examples are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
6. Intellectual property
The Vereon website, branding, interface, written material and underlying site code are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative commercial materials from them except where the law permits or Vereon gives written permission. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables are dealt with in the relevant project agreement.
7. Third-party services
The website and client projects may connect to third-party services such as hosting, databases, email, messaging, CRM, calendar, payment or AI providers. Those services are operated under their own terms and may change, limit or discontinue functionality independently of Vereon.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may update, suspend or change website features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service improvement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Vereon is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website, unauthorised access using credentials supplied by a user, or failures of independent third-party services outside Vereon's reasonable control. Any liability connected with a paid project is also governed by the applicable project agreement.

11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under law.
